You’ll earn points every time you shop with us — online or in-store. These points move you through our loyalty tiers, where you’ll access exclusive benefits, thoughtful rewards, and unique opportunities to connect with Cloth & Co.

Joining our loyalty program is simple, and takes less than a minute. Once you’re a member, you’ll begin earning points, unlocking rewards, and enjoying the benefits of being part of our Cloth & Co. community.

1. Create a Cloth & Co. Account

To join, you’ll need to create a customer account using your email address.

Go to:

Enter your name and email, and we’ll send you a 6-digit verification code to confirm your account.

2. Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for the code and enter it when prompted.
Once your email is confirmed, your account is ready.

If the code doesn’t arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

3. You’re Now a Member

As soon as your account is created, you’re automatically added to the Member tier of our loyalty program.

From there, you can:

• Earn points on purchases
• Unlock rewards
• Access exclusive benefits
• Track your progress in your account dashboard

Your points and tier information will always be visible when you’re logged into your Cloth & Co. account.

4. Already Shopped With Us as a Guest?

If you’ve ordered from us before using guest checkout, simply create your account using the same email and Rivo will connect your past purchases to your new membership automatically.

If you’re having trouble joining or aren’t receiving the verification code, please contact us at info@clothandco.co and we’ll assist you right away.

If items are returned, the related points will be deducted. Gift card purchases do not accrue points.

You can view your tier and track your progress by logging into your account and visiting your loyalty dashboard.

You earn points every time you shop. Members (our base level) earn 2 points for every $1 spent, equal to 2 percent back in rewards. As you reach higher tiers, your reward rate increases, giving you more points and more benefits.

• Returned items will not accrue points.
• Cancelled orders will not accrue points.

Your tier status is reviewed every 12 months from the day you joined. During this period, the points you earn help you maintain your tier or move up.

If the required points are not met within the 12-month period, you will move to the tier that reflects your points earned.

Points remain active for 12 months from the date they are earned. We’ll remind you 30 days before any points expire.

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you entered it. If you reach the required points during that time, your tier will renew for another year. If not, your status will shift to the tier below.

This means you’ve earned enough points within the last 12 months to qualify for the next level of our program — unlocking new rewards and benefits.

If you haven’t met the qualifying point total by your tier expiry date, your membership will adjust to the tier that reflects your spend over the past 12 months.

You can view your current rewards at any time by logging into your account.

If you’ve shopped with us before, we’ve honoured your previous eligible purchases by converting them into points. Simply log into your account (or create one using your purchase email) to see your balance.
